Pastor Matt began serving at ELRAC in July 2018.  Previous to serving at ELRAC, Pastor Matt served in the states of PA, MN, CA, VA, and NY in the roles of youth ministry, church planting, and lead pastor.

Matt was born in the Pittsburgh area, and he first sensed God’s call in his life for full-time ministry during his sophomore year of high school.  While attending Geneva College studying Business Administration/Economics, God again spoke to Matt. He reminded Matt of his calling into full-time ministry.  This time Matt acted on God’s calling, and went into ministry. Matt holds a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in youth and pastoral ministry from Crown College along with Masters of Arts (MA) degree in Organizational Leadership from Ashford University.
Matt met his wife Michele in 1988 at Mahaffey camp, and they were married in 1992.  Matt and Michele have 3 beautiful daughters:  Halle (born in 2007), Breanna (born in 1999), and Makayla (born in 1997).  They also have an adorable granddaughter, Kailyn (born in 2017).
Pastor Matt is passionate about the church growing in its relationship with Christ, reaching the lost, and expanding the kingdom of God.
