Welcome to ELRAC Children’s Ministry! No matter what age your child is we have a fun, God-centered program for them. They will be loved, have fun, and learn about God in a safe environment. Lessons include a variety of teaching methods including games, skits, art, crafts, and music!

Here, at ELRAC, our Sunday programs include Nursery, Sunday School, and Children’s Church. Wednesday nights include Tiny Tots and Kids for Christ.

Sunday

Nursery

There are two nurseries. The infant nursery is for children 0-2 years old and the toddler nursery is for 2-4 years old. Your children may listen to music, watch a movie, make crafts, and play with toys.

Children’s Church

Children’s Church is for 4-12 year olds. They will start out in the worship service with their parents and then be dismissed after worship. We have a class for 4-6 year olds and a class for 7-12 year olds. They will be introduced to Christ, and be able to grow in their faith through many different Christ-centered methods.

Sunday School

Every Sunday between first and second service at 9:45 there is a class for all ages. Teachers have prepared a lesson and are excited to share the Good News of Jesus.

Wednesday

Tiny Tots

This program is for the little ones ages 2-4. They will learn about Jesus through song, crafts, and play.

Kids for Christ

Kids for Christ is our Wednesday night program designed for children ages 4-6th grade. During KFC the kids have a blast singing songs, listening to the lesson, going to small groups, and hanging out with friends!

General Information

Transition Year

At ELRAC, we believe that children all learn and develop at different ages. So, at age 4 your child is able to switch between Children’s Church and Toddler Nursery on Sunday and Tiny Tots and Kids for Christ on Wednesday.

Safety and Security

In all of our Children’s programs we use a system called KidCheck. We think that safety is one of the most important aspects with our ELRAC children. Parents/Guardians check kids in and receive a matching guardian and child tag. The child is only allowed to be released to the guardian with the matching tag.

We run a background check on all of our Children’s Ministry team members. All team members working must wear a volunteer tag so that parents know who is authorized.
